How to View Your Giving Statements Using a Web Browser
Overview
Do you need to view a record of your total donations for the quarter, or for the year? With the Giving Statements feature, you can quickly access all of your Pushpay donation records for tax purposes as outlined by the IRS, right from your Pushpay account.

Viewing Giving Statements - Desktop Experience
1. Log into your Pushpay account using your mobile number or email and password.
2. Once logged in, select “Giving Statements” from the left menu bar.
3. All published Giving Statements related to your profile will display here. On the right, you can choose to ‘View’ or ‘Download’ your desired Giving Statement.
Viewing Giving Statements - Mobile Experience
1. Log into your Pushpay account using your mobile number or email and password.
2. From the ‘Welcome’ screen, tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
3. From the dropdown menu, select ‘Giving Statements’.
4. You will see a list of all published Giving Statements. Tap ‘View’ to open your desired statement.
Note: Steps to download your Giving Statement(s) from a mobile device can vary, depending on your operating system and device model. For most phones and tablets, you should see some type of ‘down arrow’ icon or ‘save/download’ button appear, when viewing the statement.
